Join me for a grounding + soulful Sunday as we dip into the healing medicine available through Breathwork, Yoga, and Ayurveda.
Join me and Ayurvedic yoga teacher Kerrie Schur as we guide the way through a series of healing practices including pranayama (breathwork), yoga, and Ayurvedic inspired self-care to support heart, mind, and body during this challenging time. We’ll practice specific breathing techniques and explore a yoga sequence designed to ease tension and soften into the wisdom of our hearts. We’ll follow up our time together with a some Ayurvedic inspired seasonal wisdom to inspire a daily summer routine.
We will start our morning with guided journaling and connection + a gentle Ayurvedic inspired yoga flow led by Kerrie. We will end with a 45-minute deeply grounding guided breathwork journey led by me.
